The conference will be held on 25-30 May, 2020 at Sevastopol State University in Sevastopol, Russian Federation.

PhD students, teachers, scientists, research workers of higher educational institutions, research institutes and industrial enterprises are invited to participate in the conference.

The Conference also provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and scholars to present and discuss the most recent innovations and developments in the field of new cognitive technologies, international education and education methods in primary, secondary and higher education, linguistic and linguosemiotic aspects of the world languages, educational technologies and ICT applied to humanitarian research, state educational policy and creating educational environment for students with special needs.

Fees

Registration fee (for regular and virtual authors) - 190 EUR (by 1 April 2020), 250 EUR (in May 2020).

Payment includes conference participation in person and publication of one article in the English-language special issue of the international journal.

Payment of a registration fee is made after reviewing and accepting of your paper. Details of payment will be sent to you by e-mail after article acceptance.

 

Certificates and other optional services (translation, editing, corrections) are provided and paid separately from the paper submission process. To require additional information, write to the organizing committee  ismge_volsu@picconf.ru.net.

 

TO THE ORAL PARTICIPANTS

For conference participants publishing their articles in the journal Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research, indexed in CPCI (WoS)  the following is provided:
1. excursion program in Sevastopol (included in the price of the organizational fee for one of the authors of the article). Individual selection of the excursion program is possible.
2. formal reception party (included in the price of the organizational fee for one of the authors of the article).

 

For the rest of the co-authors, conference participants and accompanying persons, the excursion program and the reception are reserved and paid separately.

At the request of the conference participant, the organizing committee can recommend places to stay.
Registration fee, travel expenses and accommodation are paid by the participant or the forwarding organization.
At the request of the participants, the excursion program and the reception can be included in the organizational fee and the agreement accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WOS/Scopus PAPERS

Dear colleagues, in order to participate in the International Conference and publish a paper in a peer-review foreign issue indexed by the Web of Science / Scopus database, you must comply with the requirements established by the journal.
A paper designed in accordance with the requirements of Web of Science / Scopus and an application should be sent to the conference email.

 

When submitting papers, the organizing committee asks to follow the rules:
1. The length of the paper should be at least 4.5 and no more than 8 full pages of A4 format in English in accordance with the template!
2. A paper is composed by replacing the text in the template with your own text!
3. One person may participate as an author or a co-author in no more than 2 (two) articles (recommended)
4. The number of self-references in the list of references is no more than 2 (two) (recommended)
5. The total number of links in the article is at least 10, mainly to journals from the list of Scopus, WoS and other international citation systems.
6. The maximum number of keywords is 6, an abstract is from 100 to 200 words, the title of the article is no more than 12 words !!!
7. The paper file is named by the surname_initials of the First Author and the paper number, for example, Ivanov_AV_01.docx or Petrova_SP_02.docx. Name the application file in the same way, for example, Ivanov_AV_01_anketa or Petrova_SP_02_anketa
8. The originality of the paper text should be at least 80% (the system “Anti-plagiarism. University” can be used as a guide). Note: the originality of articles submitted to the organizing committee in Russian for translation can be reduced to 60% by agreement with the organizing committee.
9. Articles translated into English should not contain spelling and grammatical errors, should correspond to the official scientific style of presentation. Articles with identified style errors / translation defects and not corresponding to the template are sent to the authors for revision. Articles translated through an automated translation system without processing will be rejected.
10. attention should be given to the information about the author(s) including full name, affiliation, etc. Please note that the cost of 1 correction is fixed by agreement with the publisher and amounts to 200 euros or about that, and if identified after submission to the publisher the cost will be paid by the authors separately.

11. The structure of the papers can be organized as follows:
- Research articles: Introduction (characterizes the relevance of the study, includes a literature review, a description of the gaps that the author’s study is intended to fill), Materials and methods (goals, objectives and hypotheses of the study), Research (may be included in the previous or next part, including description of materials / participants, equipment, procedures, methods data processing), Results and their discussion, Conclusions, References. 
- Non-research / empirical articles: they must have Introduction, Conclusion, References, and the structural parts between them can have specific names.
- Sometimes Acknowledgment is highlighted.

All submitted articles for the English-language journal will undergo a thorough double review by authoritative scientists and will be evaluated in terms of relevance, originality, quality of material and clarity of presentation. Articles that successfully pass peer review will enter a special English language issue of the journal.

Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the material presented. All materials will be plagiarized. Work containing plagiarism will be rejected or sent for revision (in the case of a slight excess of plagiarism).

 The conference collection (journal issue) is electronic, the announcement of the release will be published on the conference website in the NEWS and CONFERENCE RESULTS sections.
